The Beginning Of Park Place Subdivision

George Smith a successful real estate developer and businessman, originated the idea behind Park Place Subdivision. Now retired in the Florida Keys, two of his daughters, Bonnie and Linda, manage the Park Place Team.

They credit George for instilling in them a solid work ethic and determination to take on challenging projects and see them through to completion.

George's vision for "Park Place" began in the 1980's. He found an ideal location for a residential retreat - a heavily wooded site within a mile of the mighty Niagara River, an 18-hole championship golf course, and picturesque marina.

He envisioned a gracefully curving street winding along heavily treed homesites, nestled alongside a natural creek.

George's imagination and determination, along with the expertise of Designer Vic O'Brian of C&S Engineers, brought this vision to fruition - with the initial phase of Park Place Subdivision commencing in 2001.

Bonnie Leto - Vice President, Park Place Subdivision

Bonnie Leto brings twenty years experience in real estate management and development to Park Place Subdivision. She plays a vital role in the day to day operations of the company, overseeing all aspects of the ongoing development of Park Place.

A Grand Island resident since childhood, Bonnie believes the Island has much to offer its residents - natural beauty, a highly ranked school system, and a family atmosphere. She is thrilled to be a part of the great success of Park Place.
